First doctor of chiropractic in the world to be elected President of a
board that licenses medical doctors, 1959.
Served as the KCA Lobbyist.

Served 11 years on Kansas State Board of Healing Arts, 1960-1963, 1967-1975.
Served as President of the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts, 1963.

1962 - James Anderson, D.C.

Served 9 years on the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts, 1962-1970.
Served as Chairman of the board's chiropractic division.

Researched and preserved Kansas chiropractic history.
Wrote many biographical summaries of early Kansas pioneers and took
steps to make sure they survived.
Served as the Chairman of the KCA Historical Committee, 1964.

Served as KCA President, 1965.
Served as KCA President Elect, 1964.
First KCA Journal printed during his presidency
Instrumental in convincing the Kansas Board of Healing Arts to
require annual continuing education hours, 1966.
Instrumental in the formation of the Kansas Chiropractic Foundation.
Served 6 years as Chairman of the KCA Legislative Committee, 1970-75.
Helped found the Kansas Chiropractic Society which eventually led
to greater emphasis being placed on chiropractic education and research, 1957.
Elected a Fellow of the International College of Chiropractors which
earned the F.I.C.C. designation.
