Required components of an annual in-service for privacy rules

Creating a required audit schedule and performing bonus audits

Review and help construct required HIPAA policies:

  • PRIVACY OFFICER/COMPLIANCE OFFICER
  • PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS AND DATA
  • RETENTION OF DOCUMENTS AND DATA

  • CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENTS AND B.A. CONTRACTS
  • How to perform a required risk analysis
